Returns & Refunds policy

Principle: All fees for consulting/assistance are non-refundable once the service (e.g., a scheduled call, a research report, access to a course) has been delivered or accessed, regardless of the outcome or the client's satisfaction with the advice.

Conditions for returns:

1. Refund Exceptions : Refunds will only be considered in cases of duplicate payment or non-delivery of the service due to a verified failure on our system, and the client reports the issue within seven (7) working days of the purchase date.

2. Crypto Payment Refunds : If a refund is approved for a payment made in cryptocurrency, the refund amount will be calculated based on the fiat currency (USD/EUR) value of the payment at the exact time of the original purchase, regardless of the current cryptocurrency market price
